I've now received approval (or confirmation that I can approve the
changes myself) for everything from this patch, apart from the default.h
and varasm.c changes, which require a global reviewer, it seems. Ian?

Uros has approved the prerequisite patch which redefines HAVE_SUN_TLS

PATCH: Fix 64-bit Solaris 2/x86 IE TLS code sequence
        http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2010-03/msg00614.html

(only the HAVE_SUN_TLS parts and removal of the old
*tls_global_dynamic_32_sun and *tls_local_dynamic_base_32_sun patterns)
in private mail, so I'm almost there.
