[Ada] Fix signal handling on SPARC/Linux

The related constants are quite different for the SPARC than for the x86 so
signal handling doesn't really work.

Fixed thusly, tested on SPARC and SPARC64/Linux, applied on the mainline.

2009-12-10  Eric Botcazou  <ebotcazou@adacore.com>

	* s-linux-sparc.ads: New file.
	* gcc-interface/Makefile.in (SPARC/Linux): Use it.
