[Ada] Use accessor functions for struct servent

This patch makes Servent an opaque type on the Ada side, accessed only via
accessor functions implemented on the C side. This is needed because the layout
of struct servent differs on different platforms, notably 64-bit Windows.

No test case -- no change in behavior expected on currently-supported
platforms.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk
