Subject: [Ada] Replace softlinked ALI file with real file

When an ALI file is a softlink and the source is recompiled, the target
of the softlink was rewriten. This patch makes sure that the target is
not modified, but a real file replaces the softlink.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

	* osint-c.adb (Create_Output_Library_Info): Make sure that the ALI file
	is deleted before creating it.
