[Ada] Remove verbose output from gprbuild

Subject: [Ada] Remove verbose output from gprbuild

When running gprbuild in auto configuration mode (the default), it
used to output "creating auto.cgpr" which was deemed unnecessary
except in verbose mode

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk
