set_ld_library_path_env_vars fails if ld_library_path doesn't exist. We
can set ld_library_path to "" before calling set_ld_library_path_env_vars.
Or we can set it to "" in set_ld_library_path_env_vars. This patch
does latter. OK for trunk?
Thanks.
