Since src/cpu already exists, can we agree that src/cpu is the master,
and changes there can be automatically applied to gcc/cpu ?

Better yet, can we agree that changes *must* go to src/cpu first?

(of course, I'd have to move the mep *.cpu files from src/cgen/cpu to
src/cpu)
