[vta, trunk] honor -fdump-noaddr in dump_cgraph_node()


Subject says it all.  Or almost.  The message format is slightly
changed, from ' [%p]:' to '@%p', to avoid additional unnecessary I/O
calls.

Ok for trunk?  Installing in vta branch.
