- Subject: [gcc-in-cxx] Convert config/i386 to C++
I committed this patch to the gcc-in-cxx branch to let the code in
config/i386 compile as C++. This fixes the code to conform to C++
enum requirements.

* config/i386/i386.c (ix86_function_specific_restore): Add casts
to enum types.
(bdesc_multi_arg): Change 0 to UNKNOWN where appropriate. Add
casts to enum type where needed.
