[wwwdocs] remove mirrors.rcn.net from mirror list

- Subject: [wwwdocs] remove mirrors.rcn.net from mirror list
FreeBSd removed this two years ago with a "seems to have disappeared
note", and the situation still seems to be that. So, let's do the same.
