Even in standards mode?  Anything that predefines macros in the user's 
namespace with -ansi / -std=c* / -std=i* (whether in specs, or with 
builtin_define not conditional on !flag_iso (builtin_define_std does the 
right thing automatically)) is an instance of bug 545.
