[testsuite] remove "error", "warning" from dg-error, dg-warning in C++ tests


This looks crazy, but it's in preparation for moving the C++ tests
to use stricter versions of dg-error and dg-warning that will look
for the strings "error" and "warning".  This patch removes those
strings from those directives in 27 tests.

Tested on powerpc64-linux with -m32 and -m64, checked in.
