[Ada] recognize LF/CR as a single end-of-line

Subject: [Ada] recognize LF/CR as a single end-of-line

This fix recognizes the character pair LF/CR as a single end-of-line, as
specified by the comments in the spec.

Tested on i686-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

	* sinput.adb (Skip_Line_Terminators): Fix handling of LF/CR -- it was
	recognized as two end-of-lines, but it should be just one.
