Remove unused rs6000/x-linux64

- Subject: Remove unused rs6000/x-linux64
AFAICS the file config/rs6000/x-linux64 has never been used, not even
when it was added. The GCC makefiles don't use X_CFLAGS any more
anyway. So I have removed the file.
