Subject: [PATCH,TESTSUITE]Correct test for AVR target

Hi

Attached patch corrects two tests for AVR target.

Ok for 4.4 mainline?

* gcc.dg/pr19340.c: Disable for AVR as it has no scheduling. * testsuite/gcc.dg/section1.c: XFAIL AVR as bss section is used differently.
