The attached patch you sent is missing changes for s-osinte-rtems.adb

Note that if you can resend a complete patch rapidly, I'll make sure I'll
review it rapidly (and even commit it myself if it's suitable), otherwise this
may fall at the bottom of the queue again.
I will update the patch attached to PR35576. I don't know why
an svn diff would have missed the s-osinte-rtems.adb. I can see
missing the new file.
