[PING, PATCH] ipa-prop.[ch] cleanup


I would like to ping the following patch:

Apart from the patch itself,  the email also contains my understanding
of guidelines on  when to use setter/getter functions  (which were the
reason why my  previous patch was not accepted).   I would really like
to have someone have a look at it (and hopefully ACK both) soon before
I get  more immersed  in enhancing ipa-prop  to allow for  inlining of
indirectly called functions.

I am also about to send a cleanup of ipa-cp.c which depends on the
above patch.
