Maybe once the FSF has produced the GPLv3 exception wording for all the
runtime library code where GCC is still using GPLv2, the SC could ask them
for appropriate wording to allow documentation to be extracted and used in
GFDL manuals? (There are other cases it might be useful for, e.g. the
documentation of target-specific asm constraints.)
