We have been trying to stick to the release rules, even though
gfortran is not, as yet, bound by them. I think that it is up to my
fellow maintainers; personally, I can see some advantage in trying to
get the regressions and the F95 bugs down to the one-ish level. After
all, we are only going to back-port them to 4.3 in a few weeks time;
this way, we save some work!
