Subject: [patch] Preparations for SYSV/MS ABI attributes in middle-backend missing patch.

Hi,

Sorry, I missed one part in the patch for the abi preparations in 
function.c for function allocate_struct_function. The backend optional 
macro OVERRIDE_ABI_FORMAT(FNDECL) allows to modify/setup the cfun 
structure target specific.
