- Subject: [tuples] adding ENABLE_GIMPLE_CHECKING
This patch replaces all of the ENABLE_CHECKING flags during
gimplifcation, and replaces them with ENABLE_GIMPLE_CHECKING. Also
added a --enable-checking=gimple configure option, and set the flag to
be true in the "yes" and "all" checking schemes.

to the ENABLE_GIMPLE_CHECKING flag.
