Subject: [Committed] Add testcase for PR 31606

Hi,
  This adds a testcase for this bug to make sure it does not show up when 
the patch that caused this is committed.

Alexandre, can you make sure that your latest patch for PR 22156, does not 
break this testcase on i686-linux-gnu.
