[testsuite] replace invalid constant suffixes in dfp tests

- Subject: [testsuite] replace invalid constant suffixes in dfp tests
As reported in http://gcc.gnu.org/PR31924, GCC incorrectly recognizes
"fd" and "ld" as suffixes for decimal float constants. A patch for
that is coming soon, but in the meantime this corrects the suffixes in
two existing tests. Tested on powerpc64-linux, checked in on mainline.
