[patch, fortran, committed] Fix column widths in intrinsic.texi

In Texinfo, the column widths in "@multitable @columnfractions" are specified as fractions of the overall text width, not as fractions of the table width. Within the "@table @asis" environment used for describing intrinsic functions, the "@item" column has a width of .15 of the overall text width, and the text column has the remaining .85.

Thus, @multitable columns within the descriptions should have column widths that add up to no more than .85. Because this rule was being ignored, the "Argument" entries for a number of intrinsics extended well into the right margin.

This large but mechanical patch fixes the problem. Tested with "make pdf" and "make info"; committed to 4.2 and trunk under blanket approval from Steve Kargl.

* intrinsic.texi: Limit column widths to a total of .85.
