When there is an upgrade, the regeneration should be with plain FSF autoconf 2.61 and automake 2.10 (or whatever's then current), not possibly modified distribution versions people happen to have installed.

Lovely, OK. I'll be able to regenerate using the older stuff I have on another system. Just wanted to verify.
