[Committed] Transition more places to build_gimple_modify_stmt

The following patch is an installment in the transition from using build2
(GIMPLE_MODIFY_STMT, ...) to using the appropriate higher-level
build_gimple_modify_stmt API.  This addresses Aldy's "FIXME tuples"
comment in tree.c:build2_stat that we should be using the tuple-specific
constructors for creating tcc_gimple_stmt nodes.  This installment updates
all the middle-end uses other than tree*.c.

The following patch has been tested on i686-pc-linux-gnu with a full "make
bootstrap", all default languages including Ada, and regression tested
with a top-level "make -k check" with no new failures.
