[PATCH]: Rewrite of portions of points-to solver

This is a rewrite of most of the supporting functions of the points-to
solver, mainly for speed, memory usage, and understandability.

As a side effect it fixes a few bugs (including pr15262-1), and redoes
some of the algorithms.

In particular, I rewrote the offline variable substitution to handle
the rest of the cases in the paper, which results in a much larger
number of statically unified variables.
The end result is that on large testcases, where we used to unify ~50k
variables, we now unify ~90k.
Each variable we unify means one more points-to set we don't have to
solve, and one less bitmap containing redundant bits.

In order to reduce memory usage, and do some further speedups, we no
longer keep the predecessor edges after variable substitution, which
saves us half the memory the graph used to take up.

The way elimination and unification is done now uses a true union-find
structure, so that we don't walk edges while unifying nodes.

The solver now only propagates changed bits on each iteration, which
does increase the memory usage, but is important for our larger
points-to set cases. The memory usage increase only affects the max
size, it's all blown away right after solving finishes.

Lastly, rather than scan for new cycles at every iteration, which was
expensive, i've added offline indirect cycle detection + online
elimination using an algorithm from a paper that was sent to PLDI
2007.

All of these changes make the solver very slightly faster on small
cases, but reduce memory usage there, and faster on large cases, while
reducing memory usage there too.

There are other algorithms we could use that would knock off about
20-30% of solving time (and much more in very very large cases, like
400%) for about 20-30% more memory usage (but not more than that in
large cases). I've decided these aren't worth it for the moment, but
may become worth it when we start having very large inputs due to IPA.

Bootstrapped and regtested on i686-darwin and i686-pc-linux-gnu
Committed to mainline.
