I'm checking this in.
I noticed that java-tree.def does not have a copyright header. This
patch adds one. I asked about what dates to use and David E. said
that the year it was written and this year were good enough. I
believe this was written in 1996 along with other bits of gcj (the
first public checkin is 1998, though). So, I used 1996 and 2007.
