[patch] gfortran.dg/vect/vect-5: don't xfail lp64


Since we are now passing the gfortran.dg/vect/vect-5.f90
testcase on 64-bit platforms, stop xfailing lp64.

Tested on Darwin PPC at -m64 and on x86_64.
