PATCH: Add myself to MAINTAINERS

This is my first test commit, adding myself to the
MAINTAINERS file.  I'll initially be working on GCJ
support for the java.lang management support as part of
Google's Summer of Code.  I'll be creating a branch for this,
based on Tom Tromey's current ecj branch.
