Re: [RFT] fwprop merge

I bootstrapped and regression tested the patch on
powerpc-ibm-aix5.3.0.0. There were no changes in regressions.

I re-ran SPEC in 32-bit only mode. The differences are:

		BASE	PEAK
gzip: 1	0
vpr: 0	0
gcc: 0	0
mcf: 0	0
crafty: -1	-1
parser: 0	0
eon: 8	1
perlbmk:	0	-1
gap: -2	8
vortex: 0	0
bzip2: 0	-1
twolf: 0	0
wupwise:	0	0
swim: 0	0
mgrid: 0	0
applu: 0	0
mesa: -1	0
galgel: 0	0
art: 0	1
equake: 0	0
facerec:	0	0
ammp: 0	0
lucas: 0	0
fma3d: 0	0
sixtrack:	0	0
apsi: 0	-2

Note that gap now jumps up 8%. Our internal tester shows quite
wide variance for gap -- up to 15% day to day. I think the patch has a
generally neutral effect.

David
