Your patch doesn't include a ChangeLog entry.

Your patch also modifies the m32c-elf entry, which you didn't mention in
your email.

You use the term "variant" to refer to processors in the H8 and SH
entries, but the term "target" in the m32c entry.  Other entries on that
page use the term "processor" for these purposes.

For the m32c entry, I suggest using the phrase "Renesas R8C, M16C, and
M32C families of processors." rather than listing every existing
processor.

The SH port supports far more than just ELF, and also supports the sh5
(sh64) families.  By listing SH with only ELF, you are misleading the
reader into thinking that other formats are unsupported.
