[struct-reorg] merge from ipa-branch

- Subject: [struct-reorg] merge from ipa-branch
Recently the struct-reorg branch has been updated from ipa-branch.
It was bootstraped successfully on powerpc-suse-linux along with
the patch I am preparing right now. The patch will contain porting of
struct-reorg optimization to work on ssa form (still simple case,
support of initialized structures, cleanups) and it will be sent soon.
