cause bootstrapping failure on i686-pc-linux-gnu with
Texinfo version 4.5. @headitem seems to have been
introduced only in version 4.7 and:
http://gcc.gnu.org/install/prerequisites.html
still lists 4.4 as the minimum version required.
(I don't know about const_@/double, but judging
by the surrounding text, the slash is a typo.)
