Test on i686-linux, committed on trunk.

Ongoing debugger enhancements: the debug info generated for renamed expressions
was not always complete.

	* exp_dbug.adb (Debug_Renaming_Declaration): Indicate that the entity
	must be materialized when the renamed expression is an explicit
	dereference.
