Thanks, I believe thiese two are the most important places to mention
this (and other changes to the bootstrap machinery).

There is a bit in gcc/doc/makefile.texi, which you may want to check
and adjust to some of the changes and enhancements. (In general, my
recommendation is to minimize redundancy in documentation, though.)
