	PR target/25572
	* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (create_TOC_reference): Set regs_ever_live.

Okay everywhere.

	This and the other uses of regs_ever_live[] should be solved in a
better way after the dataflow branch is merged.  Ask DannyB for the details.
