I think maybe those of us constant doing branch merges need to be more
thankful. :-)

Yes, we definitely want to see this project move forward, and stage 1 is
the perfect time for it. And, yes my pre-approval is still good. I'm
not sure if I agree about doing this stuff in Stage 3, but I do think
doing it in Stage 2 is reasonable as well.
