Subject: [Ada] Fix memory leak in run-time

Tested on i686-linux, committed on trunk

Minor clean up found by code reading, committed as obvious.

	* s-taprop-posix.adb (Initialize_Lock): Destroy mutex attribute before
	raising the exception so the memory used is freed.
