Obviously, I have a conflict of interest.
However, I think it's reasonable for the ARM maintainers do make a
decision on this; in general, I've been giving target maintainers a lot
of flexibility. And, not being able to build GLIBC seems like a
regression to me; certainly it seems like a bug. So, I don't think 4.1
should be ruled out, if the maintainers think the change is useful for 4.1.
