Committed as obvious on mainline after regression-testing.
Still running testing in 4.0, will commit the equivalent
patch after that.

* io/transfer.c (iolength_transfer): Remove __attribute__ ((unused))
from type. Return correct length for inquire(iolength=)
for complex variables.
