[3.4, 4.0, HEAD] doc/install.texi link cleanup

I installed this on the 3.4 and 4.0 branches as well as HEAD.
(For the latter two it took me two commits; sorry for that.)

(Specific): Remove broken reference to GCC 2.8.1 for OS/2.
(Binaries): Adjust HP-UX Porting Center link.
(Binaries): Adjust Free Software Foundation ordering link.
(Binaries): Remove broken link to Sinix/Reliant Unix binaries.
