Five week mark.  I've done everything on the checklist, commented all
the functions, insns, and stuff, run the testsuite (not perfect but
good enough) and even removed some of the debugging stuff I had left
in.  The binutils port has been conditionally approved (Jim is
switching from custom bfd relocs to standard ones).

I've put the patch (tar.gz and individual files) on the web:

	http://people.redhat.com/~dj/

but I can email it if anyone doesn't have web access.  The .tar.gz is
47k.
