Attached patch fixes PR libfortran/19216: list-directed read beginning
with a slash fails. I thought that Thomas' namelist patches fixed
this, but this was only due to a typo in the testcase (forgot spaces
in "{ dg-do run }").

Built and regtested on i686-linux. OK for mainline and 4.0 once it reopens?
