If you regenerate the .pot files (gcc.pot and cpplib.pot, since they get 
submitted together even though this patch doesn't affect cpplib.pot) when 
you commit the patch to 4.0 branch then I can submit 4.0.1-rc1 to the TP 
(submission is always of a release/snapshot tarball than includes the 
relevant .pot files).
