Fix a couple of comments in calls.c


Applying as obvious to make comments match rth's 2004-12-29 change
from FUNCTION_ARG_PARTIAL_NREGS to TARGET_ARG_PARTIAL_BYTES.

	* calls.c (struct arg_data): Update "partial" comment.
	(load_register_parameters): Update "nregs" comment.
