I should be able to change that file then. Thanks, Gerald. I hope the attached file is a suitable replacement. It's based on the one on ftp.gnu.org but without the "../gcc" relative URL (which is misleading if seen in the context of gcc/libstdc++/README) and without the "FSF Staff" signature.
