Subject: [Ada] remove a warning under IVMS

Manually tested under IVMS.
Tested under i686-linux, commited on mainline.

Task_Id is 64 bits wide on Integrity/VMS (with 32 bits significant).
Conversion to 32 bit unsigned_longword for use in VMS some system service
calls causes size mismatch warnings that should be suppressed.
