Looking at cfgbuild.c it looks as if bb:s end at any of the
trapping or throwing or nonlocal-goto insns (looking at
control_flow_insn_p), so testing for a new basic block looks
like it would cover them.  But then the patch would be valid,
and I saw no "ok" in your message.  I have to ask for a clue.
