[gfortran, committed] Remove unused header from trans-const.c


trans-const.c uses no symbol that is declared in math.h, but includes this
header.  Found through visual inspection.  I went over the file several times
to be sure (abs is in stdlib.h), as I know no other means of making this sure.

Bubblestrapped and tested.  Committed under the obviously correct rule.
